Baji Light's Terms & Conditions — Full Terms of Use

Baji light is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to all of the terms set out below.

Definitions of key terms used in these Terms & Conditions:

• "Platform" — baji light's website, mobile app, and all associated services.
• "Account" — A personal account created by registering on baji light.
• "Wallet" — The digital balance available in your account.
• "Bonus" — Any financial or non-financial benefit offered by baji light.
• "Bet" — A wager placed on any game or sports event.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer — the identity verification process.

To open an account and use our services on baji light, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be required as proof of age.
• Each person may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration — including name, address, and mobile number — must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Baji light may request identity verification (KYC) at any time and reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if verification is not provided.

After registration, you must log in to your account and verify your mobile number. Without completing verification, deposit and withdrawal services will not be available.

Baji light accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. The deposit rules are outlined below:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• For mobile banking, the minimum deposit is BDT 100 BDT and the maximum is BDT 50,000 BDT.
• For bank transfers, the minimum is BDT 500 BDT and the maximum is BDT 5,00,000 BDT.
• Baji Light does not charge any processing fees on deposits. However, fees from your payment provider may still apply.
• Once a deposit is successful, funds are typically credited to your wallet within 30 seconds to 1 hour.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted and any such transactions will be cancelled.

The following rules apply when withdrawing winnings from baji light:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 BDT.
• Daily withdrawal limit is up to BDT 1,00,000 BDT. VIP members have separate limits.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• Withdrawals of large amounts may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• In cases of suspicious activity, baji light may temporarily place a hold on withdrawals pending investigation.

Baji Light offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions. By claiming a bonus, the following conditions automatically apply:

• Welcome Bonus — Available on your first deposit only. Applicable once per account.
• Wagering Requirement — To withdraw bonus funds, you will generally need to complete a wagering requirement of 20–30 times the bonus amount.
• Time Limit — Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Game Limits — Some bonuses are only valid for use on specific games or sections.
• One Account Policy — The same person or household may not claim the same bonus across multiple accounts.
• Promo Code — Promo code bonus terms and conditions apply separately.

Baji light reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. In the event of a bonus-related dispute, baji light's decision shall be final.

The following rules must be observed at all times when gaming and betting on baji light:

• Each game and Sports Betting category has its own rules. Please read them carefully before you start playing.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed (except where a cash-out option is available).
• Bets placed on odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a system error will be considered void.
• In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.
• Collusion between one or more players to coordinate betting is strictly prohibited.
• Results in RNG (Random Number Generator) certified games are entirely random and not predetermined.

Baji light is committed to ensuring transparent and fair gaming at all times. Should a technical error occur in any game, we will do our utmost to reach the fairest possible resolution.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on baji light and will result in permanent account closure:

• Any form of cheating, fraud, or hacking.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses (Bonus Abuse).
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Impersonating Baji Light staff.
• Exploiting any vulnerability in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threatening or harassing other users.

Protecting your personal information is one of Baji Light's top priorities. The data we collect includes:

• Registration details — name, address, mobile number, and email.
• Payment details — transaction history (card or bank information is not stored).
• Usage data — login times, game history, and betting records.
• Technical data — IP address, device information, and browser type.

We never sell your personal data to third parties. It may only be shared in limited circumstances where required by law or necessary for security purposes.

• Loss Limit — Betting will automatically stop once losses reach a specified amount.

• Cooling-Off Period — Take a break ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.

Baji light may close or suspend an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Failure to pass age verification.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before doing so.

Baji light is not liable for any losses arising from the following circumstances:

• If a game is cancelled due to loss of internet connection or a technical issue.
• Delays caused by issues on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Force Majeure — natural disasters, war, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Misuse of your own password or account credentials.
• If services are unavailable due to government-imposed restrictions.

That said, baji light always strives to provide a fair resolution for any issues on our end. In no case will our maximum liability exceed your total deposits for that month.

Baji light reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. When changes are made:

• You will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification in advance.
• The date of any changes will be noted at the top of this page.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
